hey waylon try this site i used this for aion not sure if it works for lotro but i have seen better pings etc with alot of games

i had to do clean install to get client to even work then i had to check settings in launcher to repair or reset display cause when client loaded after patching screen was black with out of range signal message on screen after that it runs better so if you have old setup file i suggest redownloading...
